Join fellow alumni for a virtual yoga class led by Molly Bramlet (LAS ’12). Synchronized poses along with breath work are sure to enhance circulation, flexibility, stamina, strength, balance and inner calm. This class is for all levels.
Molly Bramlet is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher who received her 200hr RYT certificate from Bare Feet Power Yoga. With an emphasis on mindfulness, her practices are approachable yet challenging. She invites students to look inward and explore the relationship of the body and mind. Whether you are looking to work your core or find stillness in your breath, Molly’s classes will give you tools for life on and off the mat. She has additional certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga Teaching and mindfulness based practices. Her teaching is inspired by the Katonah Method.
