The COVID-19 pandemic can be considered a Black Swan event. It highlighted weaknesses in global supply chains and is expected to change business processes and consumer behavior permanently. We will look into the basic building blocks of global supply chains and how the Pandemic has affected them. We will then discuss strategies to build resilience in global supply chains.
