Alumni Experts: Journaling with “Today I Did It Right”

DePaul alumni have gone on to become experts in everything from selling donuts out of food trucks to winning Emmys. Drawing on the unique expertise of our alumni community, we started Alumni Experts, a new series to share the wealth of knowledge and skills DePaul alumni have to offer.

Ariel Upton (CMN ’11) is the co-founder of Today I Did It Right (TIDIR), an approach to living designed to help you live the life that’s best for you on a daily basis. In this episode of Alumni Experts, Ariel leads us through one of TIDIR’s journaling exercises that assists in discovering your unique definition of what “doing it right” means to you.
