DePaul alumni have gone on to become experts in everything from selling donuts out of food trucks to winning Emmys. Drawing on the unique expertise of our alumni community, we started Alumni Experts, a new series to share the wealth of knowledge and skills DePaul alumni have to offer.
In this week’s episode, alumna Rose Halama (MED ’08) leads us through a 20-minute hatha yoga practice. With a focus on letting go and grounding yourself, Rose will lead you through poses that help release and alleviate stress.
