This bodyweight workout, led by Joy Miles, can help improve your fitness and sculpt a new level of strength, and is suitable for all experience levels. Miles has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In addition to being a Certified Pilates Trainer, she is also an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and an Endurance Coach. She is a USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coach, USMS Level 1 and 2 Coach, USA Track and Field Level I Certified Coach and a USA Cycling Level 3 coach (in addition to many other endurance-related certifications!). When she is not in the studio, you can find her on her bike training indoors, running throughout various neighborhoods in the city or cooking up a storm. Her fitness philosophy is, “I meet you where you are at.”
